Internet Support: E-mail

The following applies to all E-mail programs:

Mail Servers
POP3 (Incoming) - mail.ispkansas.com
SMTP (Outgoing) - mail.ispkansas.com

Your E-mail address is your username@ispkansas.com. Example: If you username is smith, then your E-mail address is smith@ispkansas.com.

Outlook Express
Outlook Express is the mail program that ships with Internet Explorer. You must be using Internet Explorer 4 or higher to have Outlook Express.

Please note that Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express are two different products. Outlook is part of Microsoft Office.

To check/change your options in Internet Mail, click on the Tools menu, and click Accounts.
Click the Mail tab.
Click on your mail account.
Click the Properties button.

If you have problems using Outlook Express, please view their help files.
You might also try using the help files available at the Microsoft Internet Web Site.

Netscape Communicator Mailbox

Use the Communicator menu to get to the mail box. Change settings in Message Center by going to the Edit menu and clicking on Preferences, Mail Server Properties.
